Fat burners don't burn fat, for a start, so there is no healthy reason for taking them. They contain various ingredients which have not been properly tested for safety or effectiveness. Some ingredients used in such doubtful preparations could indeed cause or worsen anxiety problems. But one would generally expect such problems to wear off within 2 months. Best to see a good local shrink for a proer in-depth assessment of this situation, and then a discussion of treatment options.
