Anxiety

Would one go to a psychologist or a psycyatrist for anxiety problems?

Either could help. A psychologist can use highly effective methods like CBT ( COgnitive-Behaviour Therapy, if he she has trained in its use ) ) and can't prescribe meds ; a psychiatrist can prescribe meds and might also be capable of adding CBT.
