Antibiotic vaginal cream &  Ovulate

I am on my week to ovulate and try to become pregnant and my gynae phone me to let me know I' ve got some kind of infection when he just received my results yesterday, and I must used Dalacin VC (Antibiotic Vaginal Cream)
I am realy worried if the cream are going to kill the sperms? Will the Cream harm the sperms or interfere with this week that I am ovulating and trying to became pregnant.

If you have an infection, this will interfere with sperm motility, cervical mucus, etc, so use the cream.
