anti-ageing food

I' ve heard that grapes and green tea are good anti-ageing foods. How much can I eat and drink daily that is safe for my health?

Hi Pam, thank you for the question.

Green tea is a good anti-oxidant and will have an overall benefit to our bodies and my advice is to drink less than 4 cups a day to prevent the following:
Caffeine overload
Fluoride can effects one bones and high quantities of fluoride are find in poor quality green teas
Vitamin B deficiency as its absorption is reduced by green tea

My advice regarding the grapes is to beware the high sugar content.
