annual shutdown leave

hi
is it legal to add public holidays with your annual shutdown leave or is it exclusive if so what can be done to make my employer aware of this ?

No, that is wrong - if you don''t normally work public holidays then the annual shutdown leave is separate.

You can''t add public holidays to your annual leave. Public holidays are extra and needs to be subtracted from the annual leave.
