Hi Doc
My husband and I are starting to try for a baby and I was just wondering if u could clear something up. I am rhesus negative and A- blood type, he''s O+ and rhesus positive (RhD).

Will this be a problem? What can we expect?
Thanks

If it is your first pregnancy, you need to ensure that you have a RHOGAM injection after delivery. This is to ensure that any antibodies which may be formed by the baby are mopped up so that there are no problems in future pregnancies.
