Ankylosing spondylitis (AS)

I have AS, and my Rheumatologist are no longer practising. All Rheumatologists in my region are fully booked until Aug. I''m in constant pain and urgently needs a solution for this problem. What medication can I take to relief the pain for now and will my GP be able to help me?

Ask your GP to prescribe a strong pain killer that will alleviate your pain. I do suggest that your GP refers you to a pain clinic. Unfortunely, AS is extremely painful and the pain is notoriously difficult to control.
