Ankle op / old man

My ankle has worn out making walking a nightmare. I am 88 years old and in good health, I do suffer from a little hypertension. Would you approve an ankle repair op in my case? Thanks.

At 88 you know what you have - however, an orthpaedic specialist may indeed be in a better position to advise on the success of such an op in your case. The physical examination etc are all important in making such a decision.
