Animal behaviourist

My two Sharpei''s was in the kennel for 10 days and when we went to fetch them today, the owner told us that everytime they tried to put their leads on, they would " snap"  at them.
This is not the first time they went to the kennel and are normally well behaved and very friendly towards the staff.

The owner suggested we take them to an animal behaviourist.

Can anyone suggest a good animal behaviourist in the Pretoria area?

Why don''t you first find out if there really is a problem? Get someone else to put their leads on, and see what happens. Pity you didn''t get the kennel people to do that with you watching from a distance... maybe the kennel attendants aren''t as gentle or expert at dealing with dogs as they should be.
