Angular Chelitis &  Foliculitis

I have angular chelitis in the corners of my mouth plus a red spot on my cheek .Possibly due to the mask causing drooling in sleeping with a C Pap machine.I have been given FudicinH ointment for both this and folliculitis. In addition I have also been given Zineryt and Purbac tablets480 mg. twice a day.I also wash with Protex soap However, when the chelitis clears it lasts about a week and the it comes back twice as aggressive. Are these two ailments related as I read it is a bacteria  but the other day I read that chelitis treated by anti fungal creams? Now I am totally confused. What can I use over a long period?

Hallo Jan
Try taking a vit B complex supplement. The infection itself could be caused by bacteria or a yeast, so one can use anti-bacterial ointment or something like Daktarin oral jel.
