How do you effectively deal with anger if you dont know hy you are angry? Cant afford a pschycologist though.

Can't really deal with ANYTHING of you're not aware of the problem or it's existence. Counselling can help both to identify, ad deal with the problem. As there can be so many different causes of and triggers for anger, there's no brief answers of suggestons that would be usefl to give, without a proper assessment and clarification of the problem. If the anger is stress related, the focus might be on dealing better with stress ; if related to depression, management would be different again. If you acknowledge that you are angry when you are experiencing anger by just simply
recognizing it in your mind and admitting that you are angry you will soon find
that the anger will disapper....thats all you have to do...
