YES YES YES. MOST DEFINATELY.

The anus has plent of bacteria, which will indeed cause infection. If you do engage in anal sex, leave it til last. Or otherwise clean up before entering the vagina after penetrating the anus, or if you use condoms, then change the condom before re-entering the vagina.
