Hi there Please can you advise if you are bleeding internally which results in you being anaemic, if it is possible for you to stop breathing as there is not enough oxygen in your blood.

Hallo Nikka
If you have a massive internal bleed you can die from it. However, a slow bleed (like from a bleeding peptic ulcer) will cause anemia and tiredness but won't cause you to stop breathing.
