Ampiclox

Why is " Ampiclox"  not found on any website? It is a combination of Ampicillin and Cloxacillin and was prescribed to my child because of high levels of WBC in her urine. Is this the right medicine? Can it be taken at intervals of 8 hours, like my doctor prescribed, or should it be taken at intervals of 6 hours?
