Amniotic Fluid

I' m 24 year old and 8 month pregnant. Doctor said I have too little amniotic fluid. What can be done to increase amniotic fluid? what other positive steps can be taken? Please reply as soon as it gets. Thank you

Too little amniotic fluid usually means that the placenta is not functioning well. If you smoke, you should stop immediately. Rest may help to improve blood flow to the baby and you should have your blood pressure checked. Your doctor may want to deliver you earlier as well.
