Hallo KG
Just have a few basic things checked - iron levels, full blood count, thyroid hormone, esterogen level if you are a female near menopause. Other common causes could be anxiety or depression, sleeping too light due to snoring.

I' m the same. used to be full of energy, but now get tired very easily. I dont sleep, just very lethargic and dont want to do anything. I' ve tried vit pills, Vit B shots, eating healthy etc. Sugar levels normal. Even started gym, but when in the gym I start yawning and battle to maintain interest in doing it any further.

Just wish I did not get so tired and lethargic so easily.

Maybe its lack of sleep, as I feel I dont get enough sleep, so take over-the-counter sleeping tablets on the odd occasion for this.
