Therefore, it's important to draw back slightly. Not on the amount you're doing, but the intensity. If you're exhausted the day after training, then it's because you've trained too hard the day before. The grumpiness suggests the same thing. So I'd say train three days a week, but substantially easier than you currently are, and just relax about it. If you push too hard, your body will resist.
