allowed foods on candida diet

Are the following foods allowed on the candida diet - cottage cheese, brown rice, brown rice cakes, raw unheated, unfiltered honey, potatoes and butternut?
If this diet is followed, together with taking multiple doses of diflucan, how long will it take before their is some relief?

Honey, potatoes (this belongs to the nightshade family) and cottage cheese should be avoided. If depends if how chronic the problem has been how long it will take. There is also other natural meds you can use to "kill" the Candida. In general a minimum of 90 days of the diet should be looked at for treatment to be successful.
