ALLERGY FOR IRON?2

Thanks for the answer 2 days back. It does only happen with his one hand. He has tested his other hand too. This is now for the iron allergy. He is a Type 2 diabetic. Could this have anything to do with it? The hand turns red and flamed. Then it starts looking like " ekseem"  and starts pealing.

Hallo Beth
This could be a fungus infection if he is diabetic, rather let a dermatologist have a look. It is unlikely that only one hand will get a contact dermatitis.
