allergy

Every morning for about two hours after waking I have an incredibly itchy throat and ears. I have tried not using a feather pillow but it wasn''t that. There is an acacia tree outside my bedroom window, how can I find out whether this is causing my problem without chopping the tree down?

You can have yourself tested for the most common allergens like pollen etc. Discuss with your GP (it is a blood test)
