Dormonoct and Trepilene should be taken at night. Trepilene an hour before bedtime and Dormonoct as you settle to sleep. Dormonoct should not be taken as chronic medication. Cetririzine should be taken in the morning for the relief of allergies. Dormonoct and Cetririzine taken together will cause severe drowsiness and impaired co-ordination.

If Dormonoct is taken at night to alleviate insomnia and Cetririzine in the morning, there should not be any drug interactions.

Kind regards
