agency

please advice i have been working for a company for 4 years and its been under an agency..is this allowed to be tempening for so long where as the company that i am working for is a short term thing .well one other thing is ..what is the norm percentage for the agency to take regarding the wages .for example they give me 36 rand where as the company is giving the 81.12 rand an hour.

Yes, you can temp for how ever long you need to. It is your choice.
The agreement regarding the payment you receive is between you and the agency firstly and secondly between the agency and the company.
