Age related

Hi there

My mother is 62 years old, well she really doesnt look her age, she seems more like 52 years old. She is small built and has nice legs. The only problem is that around her chin area and neck looks very saggy and old. also arounf her eyes, but her checks are ok.....for now.

What can she do to make her face more firm around the neck and chin area?? She will NEVER go under the knife, so products will have to sort her out, just need to know which one.

Hi Joan, thank you for the question.

This is a difficult question to answer over the net as one would ideally like to examine the area and then decide on the best treatment options and/or a non surgical approach. Unfortunately there are no topical products that will make a significant enough difference for saggy skin and typically one would need to consider a topical regime and some form of technology based treatment.
Firstly a good SPF (50 or higher) should be used daily and one can consider NeoStrata’s range of topical products (Ultra Smoothing, Renewal Cream & Bionic Face Cream) and skin peeling system to improve the elasticity over time. Skin fractional resurfacing technologies (Fraxel, Matrix RF, Ultrapulse FX, Starlux, etc) will further tighten and even to a certain degree lift saggy skin.

You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice.
