Age and Diet

My husband is 37yrs of age and works in retail. He is a store manager and must be active at work, which i understand. However a couple of months back we detected a small lump on his body not far from the navel. He went to the doctor and the doctor said that there is nothing to worry and that it is not a heina(spelling might be wrong). Ok two days ago he complained of that area been uncomfortable but more so when he smokes or bends. Please advise what i can do or what he can take. Thank you awaiting your response

Hi Anniccee

There is nothing much he can do himself - He'll have to see a doctor again to determine whether the break got worse and whether intervention may be needed.

All the best!!!
