advice on three month old sleeping pattern

Hi there i am not sure if you' d be able to help me with my three month olds sleeping pattern, but i have just adjusted his routine to what my paed had told me to do, which is i must give him his last feed at 10:30pm and only feed him again at 6:00 am i have been doing this but he still keeps waking up at 3am or 4am or 4:30am or on a rare occassion at 1am, is there something i can do to try and get him to sleep right through till six am as its quite exhausting when i have to get up every 20 to 30 mins to give him his dummy until its 6am. his old routine used to be bath at 8:00pm feed and put to bed and then he would wake up at three or 2:30am for his next feed and then again at 6am. have i by any chance broken up his sleep pattern? he tends to sleep six hours straight once he has had his bath. If ou have any advice i would truly appreciate it as i am completely exhausted and i am surviving on three to four hours of sleep a night. Thank-You kindly
