Advice

I got divorced in 1993, very young with not much experience with regards to divorce agreements ect. In our divorce agreement it was stated my Ex-husband should pay R400 maintenance and all school fees for the minor (it does not stipulate the age). He was a very on/off dad…  mainly on the off side but made contact again with my daughter about 3 years ago. We then made a verbal agreement that he will keep the maintenance at R400, I will not go to court to increase the maintenance (because lets face it R400 for a teen is not really much) but he will pay for her university fees. Now its time for her to go to University, when she phoned him with regards to the registration fees, he said to her that he did go to an attorney and that he is not responsible for the University fees. I do not have any proof of the verbal agreement and do not have money for an attorney. Is there something I can do?
