Adenomyosis

Hi there Doctor,

1) Is it possible to have adenomyosis but the uterus is not enlarged?
2) Will my periods be irregular with adenomyosis?
3) Could I fall pregnant with adenomyosis naturally?

Thank you kindly,
Bee-Bee

1.It is possible, though it would then be difficult to make the diagnosis.
2. Your periods should not be irregular but may be heavy.
3. YOu should be able to fall pregnant naturally.

Best wishes
