Hallo Es
Take it slowly - start taking 3/4 of a tablet for 4-5 nights, then 1/2 a tablet for 4-5 nights, then 1/4 for 4-5 nights and then try and sleep without it. Ensure that you have a sleeping routine and that your room is dark and quiet. Wind down an hour or so before going to bed, for example don't watch scary movies or drink coffee in the evening. See http://www.umm.edu/sleep/sleep_hyg.htm
You can also try Biral herbal tablets when you try and sleep without it for the first few days.
