Adco-Sinalco safe in pregnancy

I just found out that I am months pregnant and I used Adco-Sinalco...
Will this harm my baby? What will happen? What can be used in pregnancy for congestion besides nasal spray or drops

As at April 2013 Adco Sinal Co contains: Codeine Phosphate 15mg Phenylpropanolamine 25mg Phenyltoloxamine 22mg Paracetamol 300mg EXACTLY the same (generic equivalent) as Sinutab with Codeine - which has now been discontinued and replaced by Sinutab Sin Pain Extra Strength. Latest rumours - Adco Sinal Co has been discontined! Visit www.medxinfo.co.za for latest news

At that point in time it was a generic equivalent of Sinutab with Codiene. Sinutab with Codeine has now been replaced by Sinutab Sinupain Extra Strength - which is a misnomer as it contains less codeine! Please visit www.medxinfo.co.za from time for up to date news on this. BTW - shoulsd not be used during pregnancy. johan@jvz.co.za
