Hallo nn
Flu is a viral infection, and often you will get a secondary bacterial infection on top of it, causing sinusitis, sore throat or bronchitis. Adco-amoclav is an antibiotic that works on secondary bacterial infections. Antibiotics does not work for viruses like flu or colds - this your body must fight by itself.
