There are some articles that say it makes a difference in improving the outcome while others say it makes no difference and a more recent article showing that it may be detrimental. Acupuncture is done on the day of aspiration and repeated on the day of transfer. You should go to an acupuncturist who has some knowledge about the use of acupuncture in infertility.
