Acnetane

I would like some advice on this please. My son has to start using it now. Last year September he had his spleen removed after a motorbike accident. Will that put extra presure on his liver. Can he do heavy excercise while using it?

Hallo Worried Mother
Not having a spleen will not influence the metabolism of the Acnetane. He can exercise as usual. See http://www.drugs.com/accutane.html
I think for most patients the dry skin, lips and eyes are the most common side effects.
