aching feet

My feet aches very bad in the mornings, battle to stand up. Pains the whole day, gets worse when on my feet for long. Pains mostly towards and on the heels.

You may have heel spurs or plantar fasciitis of the feet (see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0004438/)
It may help to take an anti-inflammatory like Neurofen if you are not allergic to it or have other contra-indications (read the package insert first) and seeing a physiotherapist or biokineticist. If nothing helps, you may need to see an orthopedic specialist for cortisone injections in the foot.
