Absorption of Magnesium tablets

When I take magneesium tablets the whole tablet passes through my system when I have bowl movement. It is Slow release tablets.

Am I getting in any magnesium or am I waisting my money.

I am very stressed and the dr suggested I take 6 tablets at night.

Where can I get Magnesium in liquid form? And how much must I take then?

I stay in SA.

Hi Lisa

What you've seen may the empty tablet shell of the extended release tablet that is left.
If you prefer a soluble magnesium, I suggest trying Slowmag Efervescent tablets.
