It is imperative that the cause for your stomach discomfort is investigated. Please consult a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.

If you do experience a severe asthma attack, consult your nearest emergency facility for treatment. In the interim, try and keep your asthma under control by using your inhalers.

If the pain is in the centre of the chest and associated with reflux and a bitter taste in your mouth, it is possible that you are experiencing the symptoms of a gastric/peptic ulcer with reflux. You can use Gaviscon Advanced three times daily before meals with Pantoloc 20mg, once daily but it is important to consult your doctor as soon as possible.
