abdominal pain

I have had abdominal pain for quite a while which varies in intensity. My stool is sometimes green and sometimes black and sometimes normal. I have piles as well. Can you advise met please?

It is imperative to consult a gastroenterologist for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, to determine the exact cause for the difference in stools. It might be diet related but the possibility of ulcerative disease or cancer has to be excluded.
