I have abdominal pain nausea ocassional vomiting fatigue also ocasional pain after sex as well as alternating constipation/diarea, went to gynae who refered me to a specialist physician/gastroenterologist who diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome and petic ulcer, don''t really agree with the diagnosis and still feels gynae should have done more investigations himself. So maybe start with a gp who can refer you to a good gynae.
