Abdominal Pain

I have been having severe pain in my upper abdomen this whole weekend, accompanied by nausea. There is also a burning sensation. The pain sort of moves behind into my back, both right and left sides. My stomach is quite sensitive to the touch. Any idea what this could be?

Hallo Therese
Sounds like acute gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) or peptic ulcer to me. Please see your doctor as you will need prescription for medication to take for about 4-6 weeks
