Abandoned cats

Hi I live in a complex and have my own female adult cat. My neighbours who have left, left the 2 cats behind also adult females. I don''t know why they did this but i have being feeding them for about a month now. they stay outstide because my cat will not allow them in. I have build a wooden box for outside for them to sleep in but they don''t want to use it. They will rather just sit in the rain. How can I get them to sleep in the box and not get wet and cold

Thanks
