Aandete na oefening

Ek kom so net na 5 saans by die huis en begin dan dadelik met aandete (ons hoofmaaltyd). Ek is gewoonlik so net na 6 klaar en gaan stap dan vanaf half 7 tot half 8. Ek eet ongeveer 8 uur die kos wat ek vir ons gesin voorberei het. Is dit te laat in die aand om mens se hoofmaaltyd te eet? Moet ek eerder eet voordat ek gaan stap?

Nee, dis beter om na die oefening te eet, want as jy 'n hele maaltyd eet voordat jy gaan stap gaan jy moontlik naar voel. Na 'n maaltyd word jou bloedtoevoer na die spysverteringskanaal verhoog, terwyl as jy stap meer bloed na die spiere en longe gaan.
