a growing lump on the uppr cheek

Hi My mum of 63 years has a growing lump growing lump inside in her cheek. She says it is not painful.
What is the necessary steps she must take and what can it be?

Your mother will have to consult a doctor for an examination. Hopefully, it is merely due to blockage of a salivary gland. This is a benign condition and usually resolves by itself. Depending on the findings, the doctor will initiate treatment.
