hi

does jungle oat bran contain wheat or gluten? i dont see ingredients lists.

If i am cutting out wheat and gluten what can i add to substitute for the fibre loss pls?

What can i eat or take for water retention that will not wash away important minerals in my body?

If you suffer from a wheat or gluten allergy then you also need to avoid rye, oats, barley, spelt, kamut, and titricale. You can obtain dietary fibre from fruits, vegetables, dried fruit, unsifted maize meal, and legumes (dry cooked or canned beans, peas, lentils or soy products). If you suffer from water retention, then eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables which are high in potassium will help. You can also make a tea by boiling juniper berries (buy at health shops) and drinking a cup of the tea to reduce water retention.
