A 30 min daily workout

Hi,
i go to gym 4 times a week where i walk, cycle and step for 10 minutes each. And the other 3 days i walk for 30 minutes in my neighbourhood.
Is this enough to lose weight?
I weigh 75kg, 153m and 36 years old.
I have a problem with my meals, i struggle with breakfast.
Please advise.
