Home > Experts > Question Question Posted by: CR | 2013/05/30 Resignation and my Obligations I started working for a company on the 8th April and received training from the person who was leaving. I made a few notes on how the system works and how the work is done. I resigned on the 27th May, with 24 hours notice, which is stated in my employment contract. This was agreed upon by the boss. The staff that have taken over from me keep phoning me and demanding information. One employee has asked for my book of notes, so I typed some notes up for him and emailed them. He is not happy with this and wants to collect my book where I made the notes in. He says that I cannot expect to give 5 minute notes when I had a months training. What must I do? What are my rights? Can I just ignore them? Not what you were looking for? Try searching again, or ask your own question Have your say Your name (optional) Your comment Security × Thanks for commenting!
