Reds and resignation.

I resigned from the bank in june2017 ;my pension was paid in july 2017. My service certificate states voluntary termination. my branch manager did however inform me that they were aware of the loss i had caused for the bank and not declared/disclosed the incident until customer called fraud department to enquire. bt have not received any further communication. Is it possible that im listed on REDS? How do i know if i have and would i have any grounds to stand on seeing that i was not dismissed and no disciplinary hearing to my knowledge has been held..
