I have a questiong re pupil dilation. Last year I suddenly started suffering from pulsatile tinnitus, vertigo, confusion, different presentation of severe headaches, bilateral paresthesia in my pinky fingers and last but to the least one pupil of a different size at times. I did see a neurologist, opthalmologist, ENT but no diagnosis yet. I now seem to have figured out that the one pupil dilates (I think one is dilating and not the other contricting) whenever I do a valsalva maneuver/straining with BM etc. It only lasts an hour or so and then is back to normal.
