Heard a "popping" sound one day when I was climbing into the bath. Since then the pain has eased quite a bit in the groin but now pain is in lower back, thighs and sometimes travels up to the arm. I feel like I have run a 50km race and always tired. The pain is worse after I have stayed in the position for a while (like sitting). The mornings are the worst and have to almost roll out of bed. GP want me to see an orthopaedic surgeon?? I do have medical aid but all of the doctors are contracted out of medical aid plus want cash up front. I am a single mom with 2 kids so that is not an option Not what you were looking for?
