Home > Experts > Question Question Posted by: Alesia Goodyear | 2013-04-23 I want to know if there are things I can and cannot still do since I have been diagnosed with HOCM this Jan 2013? This desease was caused by High blood pressure and I am now on meds. Is this a life threatening? Does stress worsen it? Besides losing weight, eating and drinking enough water......what else can I do not to worsen the disease? Will my condition improve as I still do not feel myself and lack energy and feel tired rather quick. I am 45 years old, white female. Not what you were looking for?
