Her annual leave and family responsibility leave will be exhausted on 30 July. She informs me that she expects to be able to return in September but is not sure. While I sympathize with her situation I do not believe this to be fair and was wondering if this would be grounds for termination her contract for absconding? Not what you were looking for?
