Getting dizzy

55 y.o. Female. Blood donation service checked. Blood pressure & sugar levels okay. Feeling dizzy everytime I get up from seated/laying position. Exercising 5 days a week cardio and weights. BMI 20

Hi Riana

You might have vertigo, which is an imbalance of the inner ear, this can be caused by pressure in the ear canals or calcification of part of the inner ear. I suggest that you go to your GP for advice and an examination of the ears. Good luck.
